Creating an account

The Grange Systems Hub is the online portal that allows you to interact with Grange's procedures and systems. In fact, you're looking at part of it right now!

To make the most of the system you need to sign in. You can do so with any of your existing personal accounts in services you already use (Facebook, Google, etc.), this will in turn create an account with us if you don't already have one.

The video below offers a step by step of the process:

Checking your status

To understand the requirements for you to access a specific Grange site you can view your Access Status. This will show a list of requirements for our sites and show your coverage against those requirements.

As you fill out your profile, undertake your inductions, or receive invitations your access status will be updated. This means you can recheck whether you can get into Grange at any time - day or night.

Getting qualified

Everyone entering a Grange work site must have passed the required training courses (inductions) for that site. You can undertake these inductions yourself using the Learning Management System (LMS).

It's important to note that each site induction typically has at least two exams - a general company induction and a site-specific induction. You must pass both to complete the induction and gain access to site.

There may also be some additional minor courses that will be required depending on the nature of work you are being asked to do. These can change for each visit, so be sure to check you access status prior to attending for more details.
